What data is collected
Through the booking form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and the content of your message. You provide this voluntarily so that we can respond to your enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form, together with steps taken prior to entering into a contract for the service.
How long data is kept
Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or until you withdraw your consent. Medical records created during care are kept in line with Slovenian healthcare legislation.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Data may be shared only with contracted processors who provide technical services for us, such as website hosting and email, and with the competent authorities where the law requires it.
